Safety training that leaves a record
Health and safety training is the kind most likely to be checked: by a supervisor before someone starts a task, by a joint health and safety committee, by an inspector, or after an incident. OurTrainingRoom keeps the record of who was trained, on what, when, and whether it is still current.
The kinds of training organizations run
Organizations use OurTrainingRoom for safety topics such as hazardous materials awareness, fire extinguisher use, first aid and CPR refreshers, supervisor health and safety awareness, and workplace harassment and violence policies. Any course you have, or that we build for you, can be delivered and tracked the same way.
Online and hands-on together
Much safety training mixes theory and practice. Staff can complete the online portion at their own pace, and the hands-on session can be set up as an event, such as a classroom or practical session at a specific location and time. Both appear on the person's transcript.

Certificates and renewals
When a learner passes, their certificate is ready immediately. They can print it, and it stays on their transcript. Training that has to be redone comes back onto their agenda when it is due, and reminder emails can go out before it expires. Administrators can see certificates expiring within 30, 60 or 90 days and plan sessions ahead.
Safety notices that must be acknowledged
Updated procedures, new hazards or policy changes can be pushed as bulletins. Staff see them when they sign in and must confirm they have read and understood them, which is recorded on their file.
Across sites and shifts
Groups can represent sites, departments or crews, and supervisors can follow the training of their own people. Because it is web-based, staff on any shift can complete their training without waiting for a scheduled class.
