Records and reporting
Training records and reporting you can rely on
Every course, score, certificate, bulletin and event, kept on each person's transcript and reportable by group, supervisor and date.
Every person has a complete training file
Each employee's binder holds a transcript of their training: courses with the dates they started and completed, scores, expiry dates and certificates, plus the communications they received and the events they attended. Learners can see and print their own transcript and certificates. Supervisors can see the files of the people who report to them.

Saved reports and subscriptions
Reports you use regularly can be saved, and subscriptions let you receive them without rebuilding them each time.
Exports
Employee lists can be exported to Excel for use elsewhere.
Dashboards that keep staff moving
Learners see their own numbers: assigned courses, in progress, ready for exam, not started and renewal due, with training progress, first-attempt pass rate and the share of their certificates that are current. Keeping that visible to staff is one of the simplest ways to keep training up to date.
Records that survive change
When someone leaves, their account can be set to inactive so their history is kept. When training is renewed, earlier valid certificates remain on the record.
