Who we are

This policy covers this marketing website. Use of the OurTrainingRoom learning platform itself is covered by your organization's agreement with us.

What we collect through this website

  • Contact and demonstration requests: your name, organization, work email, optional phone number, province or country, approximate number of learners, the kinds of training you are interested in, and anything you choose to write about your requirements.
  • Visit statistics: we keep simple, anonymous statistics about how this website is used: which pages are viewed, the general area a visit comes from (city level), the type of device, the website that referred the visit, and whether a phone number was tapped or a form was sent. No cookies are placed on visitors’ devices, and no visitor IP addresses, names or form contents are stored with these statistics. So that our own staff do not inflate the numbers, we keep a short list of our own office internet addresses, and our staff can place a single cookie on their own devices; visits from those addresses and devices are not counted.
  • Technical information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

To respond to your request, arrange a demonstration, prepare a proposal, and understand which parts of this website are useful. We do not sell or rent your information.

Where it is stored

Form messages and visit statistics are sent over an encrypted connection to Auxilium Group's records system and stored in Canada.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by emailing Info@ourtrainingroom.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
