OurTrainingRoom handles the whole job: delivering courses, testing, certificates, renewals, policy sign-offs, events and the records behind all of it.
What OurTrainingRoom does
A learning management system, or LMS, is where an organization keeps its training: the courses, who has to take them, who has finished, and the proof. OurTrainingRoom is a fully hosted, ready-to-use LMS from Auxilium Group. There is nothing to install. Learners and administrators sign in from a web browser.
It is built around two simple ideas. Staff should always know what they need to do next, and the people responsible for training should be able to see, at any moment, who is up to date and who is not.
For learners
- A dashboard that shows where they stand: assigned courses, in progress, ready for exam, not started and renewal due, with overall progress and a suggested next step.
- An agenda of assigned courses. If it is on the agenda, it needs to be completed.
- Courses in sections that show how long each part takes, unlock in order where the course requires it, and mark each part complete with a green check.
- Quizzes along the way and final exams with multiple choice and true or false questions.
- Certificates the moment they pass, to view or print right away or later from their transcript.
- A personal binder with their profile, groups and a full transcript of courses, communications and events with dates and scores.
- Help from any page by live chat, email or phone.
For supervisors and administrators
- User management. Search employees by name, email, employee ID, group, supervisor, status or last sign-in, and export the list to Excel.
- Groups for departments, locations, crews, new hires or contractors, so the right training goes to the right people.
- Pathways that bundle courses into a program, such as new employee orientation, and show each person how far along they are.
- Bulletins that appear when staff sign in and must be acknowledged, or answered with a few quiz questions.
- Events for classroom training, meetings and web conferencing, with registration tracked alongside online courses.
- A registrar of elective courses staff can sign up for themselves.
- Reports on courses, communications, events and pathways, with a report builder, saved reports and report subscriptions.
- Supervisor access to the training files of the people who report to them.

Courses you can run
OurTrainingRoom plays standard SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, including courses published from authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and iSpring. Courses can also be built from videos, documents and exams. If you do not have courses yet, our team can create them. More on SCORM course hosting.
